Pat Burns is a seasoned Licensed General Contractor with over 30 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry. His career has spanned a wide range of sectors, including residential, commercial, industrial, and mining construction, as well as land development.

 

At the age of 19, Pat took on jobs as a framer, then made his way to Forman. As his passion grew within the industry he began to see himself building a larger presence which led him to his first company called, Burns Construction where his construction career would take him from Tennessee to Utah. As his company grew and expertise started to enhance, he created Lync Construction, LLC which is he most known for and since then, opened up Lync Development, LLC. 

 

Pat has built a strong reputation for his ability to navigate the complexities of property acquisition, development, and entitlement processes. His straightforward approach and attention to detail have consistently led to the successful completion of projects, on time and within budget.

 

Pat’s deep understanding of construction methods and industry regulations allows him to tailor solutions to the specific needs of each project. He values collaboration and has forged strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring smooth and successful project outcomes.

 

When he’s not at work, Pat enjoys spending time with his wife of 19 years and their four children. You can find him riding his horses and 4 wheelers with his family on their ranch in Idaho all summer long. Pat’s love for life is evident in everything he does. His dedication to family and passion for living life to the fullest are at the heart of who he is, both personally and professionally.
